These General Conditions of Purchase are subject to Spanish law. In the case of dispute, the contracting parties submit to the courts and tribunals of A Coruña with express resignation of any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, assuming the party that breaches the contract the judicial and extrajudicial expenses arising from claim including the expenses of attorneys, solicitors, etc.

Sale Prices

VAT is included in all prices shown in the list of our products. The currently applicable VAT rate is 21% for the territory of the European Union. All companies belonging to countries of the European Union except Spain will be exempt from paying this tax. VAT will not be passed on to the sale to any other country in the world; however the customs systems of each country will apply the corresponding tax charges.

Due to its special tax regime, the geographical areas corresponding to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are considered extra-Community territories. Therefore, purchases made by residents of these territories are exempt from VAT. However, the customs system shall apply the corresponding tax charges.

In any case, the total amount payable will be the one indicated on the last purchase screen.

Customs clearance and import taxes are not included in the price of the item or the shipping price, and must be paid at destination by the recipient of the goods.

Prices shown at www.happinessfest.world may be revised and modified if conditions require it at any time.

Validity Period of these Terms

The period of validity of these conditions will be the time that they remain published on the website and will be applied to the services purchased at the time when these conditions were available.

In any case, HAPPINESSFEST, S.L. has the right to modify them unilaterally, without affecting the services contracted by users prior to the modification, except in those cases in which the user has changed or modified the contracted service, in which case the conditions in force at the time of the change and / or modification will be applied.


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 30 calendar days, from the date of delivery of the order, to refund it. (We offer our clients a period longer than the legal period of 14 days according to Article 102 and 104, R.D.L. 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.)

To make the refund you have to contact us through happiness@happinessfest.world where we will indicate how to send us the product. Such product must be in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging, including warranties, labels and instructions for use. The refund to our warehouse is at the customer's expense.

It is very important that you refund the perfectly packaged products to us. In case the products are damaged due to improper packaging, we will not accept the refund. The refund of electronics shall not be allowed if they lack the original blister or seal intact.

Once we receive the goods in our warehouses and verify that all the above conditions are met, happinessfest.world will accept the refund of the product and will proceed to the refund of its amount according to the payment method made:

• a. If you made the payment by credit card or Paypal, you will be credited to the same credit card or Paypal account.

• b. If you made the payment by cash on delivery or by wire transfer, we will ask you for an account number to pay the amount.

In case you want to change the size of a product: we advise you to contact our Customer Service to manage it.

Note: You will receive a refund within 14 calendar days of receipt in our warehouse of the refunded product. Keep in mind that if you paid by credit card, your bank may not show you the amount of the refund on your balance until the following month.
