The objective of these youth days is based on happiness as a new paradigm of human development.
When we use happiness as the ultimate goal to measure human progress, magically, what we do in life begins to make sense.
Our goal is to achieve a world with more happiness, because when we are happy it is possible to achieve peace, sustainable development, and make human beings be the best we can be. Teenagers go through one of the most transformational stages in their lives, and with this event we want to turn difficulties into opportunities to get to know each other, love and move. The three pillars on which the CQM-Youth event is based are neuroscience as a school of self-knowledge, compassion as a tool to love, respect each other, and movement as a technique of regulating emotions.
The CQM-Youth event will be held in the city of Palma de Mallorca on Saturday, March 21, 2020 at 10h, with a capacity of about 200 people, free admission and approximately 2 and a half hours.
