Expert in Mindfulness in Health Contexts at the Complutense University in Madrid.

Co-founder of Sukha Mindfulness and regular collaborator at the Nirakara Institute.

He specializes in the application of mindfulness in the clinical and educational context in group format.

Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy Instructor.

He develops his research work at the Faculty of Psychology of the Autonomous University of Madrid on the application of mindfulness in the educational context.

He is co-founder of the Growing Breathe programme, which aims to bring mindfulness practice to the school context to promote socio-emotional development from an early age, and prevent early onset of mental health problems. Trained by the organization Mindful Schools and in the protocol .b (Mindfulness in the Schools Project).

He has received the Francisco Varela Award of Mind and Life Europe to measure the impact of mindfulness practice on children in vulnerable contexts, and has made several research stays, one of them to the Socio-Emotional Development Laboratory led by Professor Kimberly Schonert-Reichl at the University of British Columbia (Vancouver, Canada).
