Secretary General of the International Youth Organization for Latin America

He holds a Doctorate in Government and Public Administration at the Complutense University of Madrid, a Master's Degree in Political Action at the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria, a Diploma in International Studies at the CEU Madrid University; and graduate in Law with honours at the Anahúac University of Mexico.


Multidisciplinary profile (Diplomat, International Consultant and Entrepreneur on digital innovation issues), he has carried out hundreds of missions in the five continents, intervening as an International Speaker in spaces of maximum representativeness: World Economic Forum, United Nations Economic and Social Council, Council of Europe, Assembly of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean, Y-20 Youth Summit (G20), OECD Annual Forum and ILO conferences. Likewise, he has been invited to the last 11 Ibero-American Summits of Heads of State and Government, the Annual Assembly of Governors of the Inter-American Development Bank since 2013 and the Summits of the Americas 2012 (Colombia), 2015 (Panama) and 2018 (Peru).


In 2016, he was unanimously elected by Ministers and Youth Leaders as Secretary-General of the International Youth Agency for Ibero-America (OIJ), an international institution made up of 21 countries and with a unique in the world, carrying out its transformation in a very short time and expanding its margin of interlocution to other international spaces.
